Standing bodies with defined scope, published composition requirements, terms, conflict rules, and recusal procedure. Each is constituted deliberately rather than assembled ad hoc, and each publishes what it is accountable for.

Serve on a committee
Committee service is an appointment, not ordinary volunteering. It carries a defined term, conflict disclosure, and independent judgment.
